Who benefits: 1)occupants in a building that has fire-resistant chemicals which prevent the building from burning down; 2)people who use chemicals like bleach to kill germs around the house to prevent the spread of disease and germs
Who is harmed: 1)people who drink water that may have small amounts of household chemicals in it; 2)people who live near chemical plants who may have higher rates of diseases like cancer due to pollution
