How do I dispose of toxic cleaning products?
Lola76 asked:
I want to “go green” with my home cleaning products. How do I dispose of my old ones? I have read many scary things about them so I don’t want to use them up.
A website I found said to pour them down the drain. Is there a better way? I don’t want to contaminate the water with these chemicals. Thanks!

most dumps have an area were they take harmful stuff and dispose of it properly. they take such stuff as corrosive things, tires, oil, and even your cleaning products. but i must remind you, they don’t do this service for free
