A concentrated solution sodium hydroxide will dissolve hair and pretty much anything else stuck in your drain. I’m not sure what the metal is that you speak of. Perhaps you dropped some of the aluminum tamper seal into the bottle?
Check the bottle for ingredients, usu. only NaOH or KOH.
In North America, this product is called Draino (Drano), and is composed of machined aluminum shards, sodiium hydroxide, sodium nitrate, sodium chloride, and aluminum.
The crystallized lye (sodium hydroxide) reacts with fats to form soap. The machined shards of aluminum react with the lye to generate near-boiling temperatures. The sharp shards in the hot churning lye physically cut hair and dislodge deposits.
